Despite growing up with easy to cook meals normally taken straight from the freezer to the oven and having a father who is a vegetarian I have grown up to become a foodie and am very adventurous with food, so much so that I am willing to try most food as long as it's not alive at the time of eating it. Having an Asian partner, French relatives and housemates from numerous parts of the world including: Germany, Italy, Turkey, Greece and Malaysia I have had the luxury of trying a wide range of authentic and traditional dishes from numerous countries which has only increased my love and appreciation for food even more. I love Friday fish and chips and a good English roast on Sunday but at the same time I love a good ol'PadThai and the street food found in Asia especially Thailand, frogs legs from France, Kunefe from Turkey and much more as you will find out as I take you on a journey of foods of the world in this blog.
