Hello, I am Just Another Englishman
I'm Just Another Englishman and as per the name I am actually just another Englishman, have been all my life. I am an average Englishman who loves full English breakfast, English Sunday roast and much more, I like a nice cuppa and crumpets as well as a good pint down the pub with the lads, I am okay with football and enjoy the atmosphere more than the game. I am a geek, gamer, movie buff, foodie and culture vulture.

I am a geek who has always loved playing board and video games since I was young and at a young age began a solid career in the IT industry. Games and Technology have always been a hobby of mine and I hope to be able to share them with the world. I enjoy most genres of games but racing and sports is not my cuppa tea, my favourite genre of games has to be RPGs, I love being able to customise my own character and write their own story.

Ever since I was little I have been a movie buff; if I wasn't playing games I was watching movies or TV shows, as I grew older things changed and I got an unlimited cinema pass and therefore spent more time in the cinema. These days the cinema is over priced, inconvenient and I don't necessarily have the time to nip out to the cinema and therefore tend to spend my time on multiple streaming services and only attend cinemas for extra special movies. I like all genres of movies and TV shows however my favourite genres are Sci-Fi and Fantasy.

In my younger years I used to find the thought of food and drink boring and would rather be doing other activities; food was classed as non-essential. When it came to healthy eating I was a rather fussy bugger however as I have grown older I have become less fussy; in fact so much less so that I will practically eat anything...as long as it's dead, even I have my limits. I really enjoy trying new dishes from different countries around the world. Some of the more exotic foods I have tried are: Scorpion, insects, Frogs legs, Snails and Crocodile to name a few, of course not forgetting healthy food I now eat plenty of veg and fruit too.

Lastly I didn't get out much or do much traveling when I was younger but now I am older I love traveling, seeing new places and experiencing new cultures; fortunately I am married to a Thai citizen and know people from all over the world including places like: Thailand, Malaysia, Australia, Turkey, Greece and Italy to name a few. Knowing these people has enabled me to live like a local in numerous countries and given me an insight into unique experiences such as a traditional Turkish wedding. This blog is for myself however I hope others enjoy what I have to share and my experiences.
